How’s the market?

As a real estate professional, I hear the same question over and over. “So, how’s the market?” My short answer is, “well, it’s crazy!” Supply is LOW, demand is HIGH, and average home prices are setting national records. Here’s some data from the past 3 months for you to digest. Seriously, take a look at the average sales price and days on the market. I’m just going to stick with my short answer…it’s crazy!!
